We are looking for an HR Advisor – 32 hours – Rotterdam

We are now looking for an HR Advisor to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. You will be part of the HR Benelux team supporting 7 entities within the Benelux. Job purpose

The job purpose is to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR aspects for the different entities within our Client, such as leave of absence, education, recruitment, on and off boarding, contract management etc.

Main responsibilities

Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization’s:

  • Recruitment
  • Management support and advising
  • Training and education
  • On and off boarding
  • Leave of absence
  • Update personnel files
  • Draw up formal letters
  • Maintain HR system (Workday)
  • Liaise with Payroll dept. & C&B for compensation and benefits

In addition, carry out all other administrative tasks related to an HR department.

Your profile

We are looking for an individual with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or you have proven work experience in a similar position. You have strong communication skills in Dutch (is a must) and English, both verbal and writing. Next to that you are flexible as no day is the same. Knowledge of Dutch labor law is important. You are in possession of the following competencies:

What do we bring?

A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position, good working conditions and a great team to work in for 32 hours a week (0,8 FTE).

Location

This role is based in Rotterdam, but with occasional visit other sites in Den Hoorn and Amsterdam
